Hello everyone,

I am doing my project using Tanner EDA in S-Edit for low power double-tail comparator. I have obtained the average power after simulation of the circuit. The average power obtained was like "3.633853e-003 watts" . How to calculate this and obtain the power consumed in whole number?
I have found power consumed of this circuit in one of the IEEE paper as 9µw.
Kindly, please help me with steps to calculate the power.:?:
