Is a slope for 3rd harmonic 1:3 for any condition in OIP3 ?

the slope for 3rd harmonic is 1:3 for any condition?

for example : substrate , temp or power?

Isn't OIP3 about the intermodulation? Why 3rd harmonic?

y are right,but the IM3 is not 3 rd harmonic
