Calculating IP3 intercept point for any mixer real case

Hello All

May I know if there is anyone here really have experience in calculating IP3 intercept point for any mixer real case,(cmos or bipolar mixer)?
I need some advice on this topic

As a first indication, when calculate parameters of mixer linearity, have to use the same definitions as for LNA. LO signal is considered as part of the mixer, and not as an input signal.

Hi vfone,

Thanks for the links. Especially the third (Anritsu) and the fifth (Aeroflex/IFR) are very useful and give a deeper insight and practical aspects too.
