Hi all,

I am driving an LED for brightness control. I want give an offset of 500mV to the signal.

Please give some idea how can I do so using only passives.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

change it on the digital side: add the offset to the output code for the PWM

**********
if you need to do it in analogside, then we need more information, like PWM output voltage, PWM frequency, duty cycle range,
and additionally your circuit diagram would be helpful.

Hi Klaus,

Thanks for your reply, I could add offset to PWM using opamp voltage follower with +ve terminal is being referenced to required offset required and -ve terminal is fed with PWM signal.
