You should have started your project earlier. Go look on opencores (if you're really desperate). You're not likely to get help from anyone here. Most forum members (including myself) frown upon lazy posters.
Now if you posted your attempt at a 16-bit multiplication with carry save adder and asked specific questions....you would typically get quite a few answers and constructive critique on your posted code (unless it was posted verbatim from another web site...most members are good at finding code off the internet).
