The datasheets show that the IRFP064N is in a larger package so it can conduct more heat to a heatsink than the smaller IRF3205.
The IRF3205 has much less capacitance so it can operate at higher frequencies in some circuits.
The Mosfets in an inverter get hotter when the output power is higher. The IRFP064N Mosfets can conduct more heat into a heatsink so they can survive a higher output power than the smaller IRF3205 Mosfets.
If you need only low output power then use the IRF3205 Mosfets.
