Does anybody know what a "double read" is during MBIST/RAMBIST testing? How does it differ from a single read, what is the additional coverage that can be obtained with this approach.

Hi ads-ee, thanks for the thought.. I did not know I could do a google books search. Great source going forward. However, unfortunately, the book in this instance does not address my question.. unfortunately.
