Please let me know my ATmega8 disabling burning hex file.I am using USBasp and Khazama AVR programmer.

When I set Reset bit in the fuse bits then further burning stopped and programmer could not read u-controller.

:-?

What can I do for recover my ATmega8?

If you have disabled reset then you need a parallel programmer.

The simplest solution is to use another atmega8 to reset the fuses, refer to https://www.edaboard.com/threads/105462/

The more complicated solution (that can work with any AVR) is **broken link removed**

Dear alexan_e,

ATmega Factory Defaulter circuit could not work successfully????????

I haven't tried it but I think it should work fine.

Did you use the 12v supply and the two transistors shown?

Yes I used both transistors and 12V supply but not using regulator for 12v only 5v regulator used.
regulator for 12V is necessary ?

Dear alexan_e,

Congratulations.

My ATmega8 successfully recover to factory default settings by your given circuit.

Thank you thank you very very much friend.

So what was the mistake you did and wasn't working?

The reset wire of target ATmega8 was connect in the next pin in the breadboard.I was connect wire to proper place and runs successfully.

Thank you dear alexan_e.

Dear alexan_e,

If you have experience of Current Sensing using Hall Effect Sensor so please kindly provide me information in another THREAD.
