In System Programming AT89 series

I am looking for a circuit or schematic for InSystem Programming of AT89C52 and related series. What is the difference between AT89S52 and AT89C52 in terms of InSystem programming. Is 89c52 in-system programmable?
When i consulted the AT89c52 datasheet, it says there are two programming modes - Low voltage mode(Vpp =Vcc) and High voltage mode (Vpp = 12V). Im using the Flash Microcontroller programmer-II from Batronix(h**p://www.batronix.com/electronic/circuits/mc-programmer-2.shtml)
Is it a Low voltage or High voltage programmer? As far as i looked around there was only a 7805 no 7812. The microcontroller IC which im using doesnt specify whether its LV/HV prog. How do i choose a LV pprogrammable controller for InSystem programming?

89S51 is serial via ISP programmer.
search ISP on the board.
