Need help simulating memristors

Hi.

I am using PSpice Orcad Full version, I used Orcad capture to build a symbol for the model I used from Biolek paper. I donot know what simulation profile to use I do not know the difference between them. I want to check the hysteresis loop for the memristor.

Here is a memristor circuit included with Falstad's simulator (it includes 7 total). The specs window is open.



If you click the link below, it will open the website falstad.com/circuit, load the schematic into his simulator, and run it on your computer.

Other memristor circuits are under Circuits / Misc Devices / Memristors.

Thank you for your reply but I wanted to simulate it, because I am going to test when connected to other components so I want to know firstly how to connect the Biolek memristor because when I connected its two nodes and simulated it the simulation gave me an error Incorrect Number of Interface Nodes for my connected memristor.
