How to make a hole in PCB layout using Protel ?

Hi
I've got a pcb layout in that requires a hole in the middle (20mm) but when i view it in the 3d design the hole is not there i know i can use a pad but to me thats not corect way of doing it. anybody kow how i can do it.
also how can i create a polyigon so that it goes right to the edge to edge of pcb and not fall short

any help would be greatfull

Use Via instead of pad :)

Protel doesn't do central cutouts yet. The only way to get the representation you want is by using a pad for the hole.

A polygon to the edge is done by using a keepout boundary, then copper flooding. The flood will stop at the keepout (you can make the keepout boundary as narrow as you need to make the proper shape and limit).
