[SOLVED] Beginning to the Cadence Orcad software.

I am newbie to the cadence software.....i decided to design the Programmer Board for programming the controller.I don't know how to begin.Can anybody explain how analyzing the circuit?how to design?Is any tutorials available for designing in orcad software?

i had planned to draw the schematic of Pic Mcirocontroller.But there is no library files included in the software.what should i do?
 

hi deva,
create the schematic symbol like file-->new-->library--->library file will be generated in project manager and then (file format is xyz.olb) open the library file and draw the pic uC symbol and save it after that

go to your schematic page select place part or in keyboard press "P" place part pop-up will be enable and then click add library give the symbol location path
select it and then you can place in your drawing

which orcad version r u using now ?? check in help menu help-->Learning Capture
