Want to control PIN diodes on off states using FPGA. anyone can help me ?

What seems to be the problem?
Do you know any HDL ?

want to design reconfigurable antenna and PIN diode on that antenna can be controlled or biased using FPGA so that it can give multiple bands in 01,10,11 states. but as I am unknown to FPGA not getting it. but want to perform it.

I suggest you start by finding a good textbook on HDLs and digital design.
