Help me choose component for a RFID system

Hi

I am design RFID system i am planning to use Atmel U2270 or EM4095. can any one suggest me which is more stable one.

In case that you can not find it on microchip web site.
Here is ASM code for PIC Controller. It's reader for 13.56MHz ID.
