sim300cz v3.04 gprs problem.. please help

hi i use sim300cz with static ip sim card from Vodafone on hyper-terminal try to connect gprs to receive data but nothing received at end give me closed.
can any one help me please

i dont know why nothing received is there any other setting i have to do ??

i can make udp connection with my pc ip address..
but how to work tcp is there any other setting to get reply

Put your modem at a window or outside. Maybe it is not picking up signals indoor.

no there is signal i check csq and udp connection done but tcp no..
and if i check at+cipmode it +cipmode:0 not 1 i dont know why and if i try to change the value i got error at+cipmode=1

same commands as i wrote i dont know y i didnt receive any data
