Hi,
i am planning to design a PLC unit to control every device inside the building basically on/off and regulator control.Current options in front of me are
1.TI(AFE03+c2000 or any other DSP uc)
2.Maxim( max2992 +any DSP UC)

i am planning to use G3PLC protocol, please help me choose between my options ,Does we have to Code G3PLC PROCEDURE in AFE03 and MAX2992 or just raw data through SPI to these uc will serve the purpose,I mean the uc will send it according to G3PLC protocol; And please tell me real world difficulties with hardware. Any help will be really appreciated.

hopefully,
Sid

I got information on G3-PLC protocol. It does have scrambler,RS-encoder,Convolutional Encoder ,Interleaver ,IFFT and Windowing Functions. All these blocks are easily available in MATLAB.So to giving frame of DATA through G3-plc block to get an output in Simulink is possible. Is there a way to get the C code(that will be Very easy)? or Seperate Codes for Each block?
