HI, all~!

I have question when trying to run post-layout simulation.
the design is sign-off under MCMM ( multi-corner multi-mode )
For each scenario, we can generate a particular sdf by PrimeTime.

There comes a question:
Do we have to generate each sdf under different scenario ?

For example, we have 10 corners and 5 modes. Therefore we have 50 scenarios.
To run a post-sim accurately, do we have to annotate particular sdf generated under that mode ?

It seems it costs a lot and the difference is not obvious.
How about your thought ?

Thanks.

well, we are facing similar question.
We did STA for all corners.
SCAN simulation for the worst and the best cases.
Power estimation with the typical cases.
the others corners are not covered by the simulation.

the others corners are not covered by the simulation.

yes... too many corners to be verified by simulation.
back to the title, we should run the simulation with corresponding sdf generated under that scenario.
However, is it necessary to run different mode but same corner with different sdf ?
