PCI time constraint on Cyclone II

Guys,

I try to set a time constrain for PCI 32 bits 5V 33Mhz,

Do I have a right time constraint already ?

No idea if you set the constraints correctly, since you don't show that in the screenshots. But other than that you look to be in good shape with that Fmax if 162 MHz. So if that includes the PCI stuff you constrained you should meet timings just fine.
