Adopting FG-CPW to a millimeter wave circuits design

FG-CPW Design

Dear all,

I want to adopt FG-CPW in my millimeter wave circuits design.But I regret to find that current EDA software does not give a good support for CPW,let alone FGCPW,which has become a barrier in my design

Could you give me some directions ? Thanks a lot lot,hehe
