is it possible to send number from Pic (16f877a) to Arduino ????

You could do this a number of ways. First you need to decide electrical interface eg cmos serial link, then you need to break the integer into bytes and send with some appropriate protocol so that the other end can reassemble the integer value. You might also want to consider handshaking to confirm the value has been correctly transmitted and received.

Hi,

Yes, as PWDixon has said the serial USART is the simplest and easiest method, however the hardware link needs to consider the distance ? over which you are sending the data; this will dictate if any additional hardware is needed
