[Moved] LPC2368 UART1 auto flow control using RTS-CTS

Hi frends,

I am trying to use auto flow control in UART using RTS-CTS with two keil board MCB2300.
I use UM10211 LPC23XX user mannua for programming. In receiver RDA and RTS both are working and show status in keil pop up window but i am not get change on RTS pin voltage and board DB9 connector
RTS pin.
I also attach my transmitter, receiver and mannual part of UART1. Please suggest me what is extra required in my programming to solve this problem.
