can any buddy tell me what is the role of load current specification in case of ldo, as ldo output is connected to another cmos block in mostly case to the gate of MOS so what the use of load current then as i guess prime requirement is only the voltage not current...any suggestion...please help me out

The current is two corners of your design "box". You must
meet dropout voltage at the max current, min line, with
enough headroom in pocket that you don't get unstable
or lose ripple rejection, etc. And there will be some min
current in the pass device, which needs somewhere to go
at high temp, max line, the same loop linearity concern
plus the possibility of applying overvoltage to the load.

This current either needs a min load spec, or an internal
shunt transistor (class AB output, with the low side being
sort of a runt but there for the job.
