hi
i have designed some switching power supply succesfully in the last but now should design above power for a big factory to manufactureing in large amount any ps fault would introduce a cost about 40$ and ps should sustain any tribble condition like termal, moistur, suden line voltage or load current fluctuation and ...
it also should supply load in 24hour of every day in a closed area
in large number and minimum of fault probility
output should be isolated from input

please expert designers help me and guide me to reduce total cost and improve reliability or send me a similar design with all above condition i can modify similar circuit diagram with another outputs.

my idea: implimentation of "isolated forward" topology in current mode control using uc3844 with ramp compensation
some question:
1_ whether "isolated forward topology have more reliability than flyback"?
it should be true but i have doubt and i'm not sure. this is my main question do you know?

2_for simplicity it is possible to supply ic from clamp(reset) winding. it connected bitween primary ground and a diode that conected to capacitor for supplying the IC. i saw this manner in some plant by this manner we can reduce a winding and reduce total cost.
have this work introduce any limitation or disfunctionality?

3_ using low cost ferrite (chines) whit maximum flux value 2000G(0.2T)
is this selection optimum?

tank for your attention. your guidence would be very helpful, for me
bye
