hello !
sorry about my bad english but i will try to explane as easy i can for what help i need.
i have the weller WECP20 station and the LR21 is the pencil weller gives witch i dont have it.
but i have a PES51 pencil 50watt 24v.
i want to try ti make it work with my station , i have allready changed the pin 6 to pin 1 witch is the resistor 12ohm.
and try it on the station , it heats now but it does not stop heating .
on the pbc board of wecp20 are two pontesiometers 2k5, what are they ? maybe high and low temp control ?
can i make any changes on the pbc board and make it work ? or it is beter to fix a new sircuit for the pes51 pensil?
the diference i find of the two pensils of LR21 and PES51 are between the pins 3,4 , the lr21 has 23ohm resistor controler temporature and the pes 51 has 3ohm resistor controler.
well i need to make the pes51 work with any way.
