What kind of circuit works best for 4 volts to 10 volts step up DC to DC converter

Hi Mengwang
As Rainer has mentioned the required current is pretty important . for example if you need 100 ma or a bit higher a simple charge pump can be used . but if you need 100 A an H bridge would be ok !

I need very small current less than 100ma.

Hello mengwang,

for calculating your DC - DC converter can use the WEBENCH designer of TEXAS Instrument.

Here and here you find 2 answers, which are made with this designer.

I hope this circuits will help you.

Hi mengwang
You can use a simple oscillator and then another transistor , and a filter ! thus you can easily achieve your aim . however there are many ways available for this purpose .
Good luck
