Hi
I need circuit 24v dc to 5 v dc for digital input plc .I want use optocoupler TL21 Please help me.
I want an input module with 24 volts to optocoupler, when the output voltage is 5 volts optocoupler be active in micro be used for input

You don't always need an optocoupler, you could use a potential divider circuit.
For example, this circuit is for 12V to 5V.

Is TL21 an obsolete part or something?! I can't find it..
