C166 external Flash programming throught JTAG interface.

I've 16-bit controller based on Infineon’s C166 (jtag compatible) connected to fujisu 29v160T flash memory (non Jtag).
Is there a free tools that interface Jtag port trought a PC parallel port and allows to program the flash memory?
