hi , i am making olimex pg2 https://www.olimex.com/dev/pic-pg2.html and pic pgm . i made the circuit on breadboard and it was working good . now i am making the pcb and something isnt right .
i have attached my eagle files .
i am using (enable test) feature of pic pgm and here is what i see
initially vdd voltage is around 3 v
when i enable mclr ,, voltage is 12v
but then vdd voltage goes to 10 v
and pgd is also at 10v
pgc is okay ~0v when disabled and 5v when enabled
please see if there is something i am missing out .
