How to increase the ICMR

Hi, pls anyone help me how to increase ICMR for fully differential telescopic opamp(PMOS DIFFERENTIAL PAIR).
i got the range from 742.8mv to 973.7mv.
 

Many options. Folded cascode for starters -- with that your ICMR can include the negative rail. Also, make all your MOSFETs wider, so their overdrive is lower. Depending on your requirements, there are also ways to increase the ICMR further (although at an added cost).

i think y should refer to chapter 9 of professor razavi's book (design of analog cmos integrated circuit).y will get the basic benefit of ICMR
 

Also the design approach is given in Allen Holdberg chapter 6 cmos operational amplifiers...readjust device widths accordingly...
