Hello sir
I am a performer & do musical live shows as a singer cum performer, sometimes or say in 90% cases i have to suffer a serious monitoring of my baground audio track score or live musical baground output as we use electronics & acoustic instruments too also with pc karaoke systems.
So now i need a personal monitoring device which i can carry of my own anywhere & hence i want to make circuit of a cordless earphone on which i may be able to listen the karaoke out from my music system personally.Im talkin about an earphone not the headphone cause i have one but its irritating one to handle such large headphones.
Too i fetch out all the circuitry from such headphones & arranged it in a plastic box n connected the output to a stereo socket & then connected an earphone to that but, there i failed as it was only the distortion i got there :( and i got no such earphones in market & too i asked branded dealers for it but they told that never heard about it.
So now i planned to make of my own & i searched net where i found an FM stereo transmitter whose output can be listen on any FM recv.module.But the i.c. was not found & the circuit uses some coils n too much wirings n not easy to made with perfections
Sir please help me in designing a suitable device sp that i may carry the recv.section in my pocket n earphone connected to that.I dreamt of making a system as just like in bluetooth headset but it has some differnt theories
Please help . . . . . . .. . . . . . . . thanks

Google "FM modulator". You will get many hits. One of those should do what you want.

You just need a small FM pocket radio to pick up the signal. I use a Sony Walkman SRF-59 in my home to pick up the signal from an FM modulator connected to my TV receiver so I can listen to my TV without disturbing my wife. The radio has good fidelity through its headphone output and uses just one long-lasting AA cell for power.

We need not be surprised if FM transmitters are scarce on the commercial market. The reasons are easy to imagine.

You can try extracting the FM transmitter from a low cost wireless mic of the kind called 'Mr Microphone'. Or similar. It may not be stereo.

I once purchased a do-it-yourself FM transmitter kit for $8 from an electronics mail order outfit. It worked fine. I could pick it up on a nearby FM radio.

It was not easy to tune. The idea is to find a blank spot on the FM spectrum. So you try a few different resistor combinations. Etc.

There is such a thing as a high quality mic that transmits on the FM band. It is tunable with a tiny screwdriver. However someone we know had to buy it in Europe, because we could not find it here in the US. It was monophonic.
