A Question about sim908 pins?

Hi all,
I buy a sim908,but pins 59(GSM-ANT) with 60(GND) are short circuit,while pin 79(GPS-ANT) is not connected to (GND),Does anyone have this problem?
 

no it is not a short circuit, there is an inductor connect with this pin to GND working as matching circuit, you can check it has resistance about 2 ohm
