I've designed A programmable Gain Amplifier and i have problem when i simulate iip3 cuz theoretical (IIP3 = P1dB + 10 ) but in simulation p1dB = 8 dBm and IIP3 = 2dBm !!!!! and i don't know why this happened i designed PGA in two circuits Using OP AMP and Source Degeneration and it Happened in two cases Can Any one HELP ME !!!

What is the gain of the amplifier?

The "rule of thumb" is that OIP3 = P1dB + 10
Where OIP3 = IIP3 + G

So if G is around 16 dB, you're close to the rule.

the gain of amplifier in my case is 3dB cuz i worked in low gain mode
