Half wave-length antenna?
Any more?

Thanks!

All RF antennas are balanced if you by balanced mean sum of forward feed current is equal to sum of reverse current.
However some antennas in a less controlled way.

dipoles, helical, patch, loop, spiral, waveguide horn, leaky waveguide, and so on do not have ground planes.
