hi

i want to design circuit that control the speed of motor
i don't know where to start
anyone please suggest please what thing i need firstly to develop control system
i think i need dc motor , power supply ........
can i use plc or pid controller

please anyone suggest me basic step to design control system

Hi
It is a very sweet and easy project ! at first try to generate a variable duty cycle square wave . e.g with 555 .
if you can do it , tell me , i'll illustrate you another step .

and after that , you'll need a simple totem pole circuit to drive a mosfet , are you familiar with totem pole ?
