The different between Leonardo (Mentor Graphics) a Design Compiler (Synopsys)?

hi to all

i want to know the different between Leonardo (Mentor Graphics), Design Compiler (Synopsys)
and if i can use design kit of 32 nm of synopsys or 65 nm of st microelectronic for asic synthesis?
 

I dont know the different. But Synopsys DC is mostly used. It can be used for any technology 32 nm or 65 nm from ST or TSMC or UMC or GloFo.
