Translate Allegro .BRD file into Ascii format .alg file

Hi,
Pls anyone help me to convert allegro .brd board file into .alg ascii file format.
Please send the procedure to translate this format.

i want to open the allegro .brd file into altium designer. I searched for that. They recommended Ascii file (.alg) can be imported in altium designer easily.
 

Altium can import .brd files, but you must have installed both, Allegro and Altium on same computer.
