3rd overtone xtal osc.

hi guys,
iam trying to make a 3rd overtone xtal osc.
to suppress the fundemental (40M) , i need a resonant amplifier to have an overshoot at the required frequency (120M)
it should be integrated on chip , inductor shouldn't be used (it will have a large value at 120M)
any advices for such resonant amplifier
