Is it possible to give a PWM of Amplitude of 220v @ the Gate of Power Mosfet?? so as to control the speed of DC motor..

I'm not sure I understand. Do you want to drive the gate of a MOSFET with 220Volts? That won't work-Mosfets usually have a maximum Vgs of 20volts or so.

The key factor is a maximum Vgs of 20volts.
The OP has not specified the source (or drain) voltage, in a typical IR2110 application the gate voltage of the high side mosfet can be higher than 200v with reference to gnd but only 15v when referenced to the mosfet source.
I guess we need more details of what the OP is trying to do.

Actually Alexan_e , i was trying to make a buck converter circuit in the "CIRCUIT MAKER" n i found that when i was giving a square pulse of 5v amplitude to the gate of power mosfet which was "MTY30N50E" , the o/p coming out in millivolts with the supplied input voltage accross the circuit as 220v DC.
So thats the need of whole issue...

i know that too but my problem occurs on the software n not on hardware but i m little bit confuse. actually, in circuit maker it was not coming exactly as i want with 5v or so but as i increased the gate amplitude of mosfet to 220v , than the o/p voltage exceeds to that..
don't know how this happened??
