what is the no of equivalent fault in AND gate.
what is the no of dominance fault in AND gate.

any STUCK AT 0 fault at input is Equivalent to STUCK AT 0 fault at O/P. so there are 2 pairs of equivalent faults.

if there is STUCK AT 1 fault at both inputs and output. then output STUCK AT 1 fault dominates the STUCK AT 1 fault at input. So there is one dominance fault.
