i know excel but these values in log magnitude values
 

Could you, please, explain a little bit better your question ? Where the values comes from ?
 

If you mean current or voltage in relative dB you must first converter back to original absolute voltage or current using what the notation which was dB relative to. volts, millivolts, microvolts, etc.
