Perhaps it belongs more to the MCU section, but it is an analog problem.
STM32F10x include 12bit ADC, but 48pin and 64 pin version not include input for voltage reference and ADC measure towards analog Vdda. LDO has a typical accuracy of 1%, a not large thermal stability and drift over time to measure it is a completely inappropriate solution. Use vcoltage reference as power supply for Vdda is problematic, typically voltage reference have max current 5mA and 3xADC+2xDAC have consuption up to 6,9mA. High current voltage reference increase consuption.
STM32 someone using the accurate analog measurement, how do you solve this problem?

One simple way is to feed a decent voltage reference into a spare analogue input. Then, you read that periodically and use the value to correct your measurements.
