i design square patch antenna with L-shaped slot. and it is for dual polarized. so i have to put two feed point, H-feed and V-feed. but im not able to get how to find location of that two points.

Hello Vikrant2012

Ok.i had to read what you have written couple of times before i could get a hang of your questions. so you want to dual feed your patch antenna. i was kinda confused with what the heck is H-feed and V-feed.Dual polarization can be achieved in many a ways.one having two different feeding points 90 degree phase shifted as well as finding two 50 ohm points on the patch which are diaognally located.

This is what i've understood from your question.if you would like to post the Design where you are taking reference from, it will be easier to solve your problem

ChachitoEL.

i have to design dual polarized antenna, of
2.3 GHz to 2.7 GHz
17 dBi gain
VSWR < 1.5
HP BW = 65
VP BW = 7

this is what i want to design.
and this is dual polarized antenna, so, we have two feed points in patch. that are H-(horizontal) feed and V-(vertical) feed point.
whatever. i want to know about , how to select feed point location ??

and according to you, which design is best to my requirement ??

ok. now i have a question.
polarization( if it is horizontal, or vertical or dual or circular, whatever) is dependent on what ??

and yeah, i upload my design of patch. and i want to know that, where to select feed point ?
you told that, it's two point of 50 ohm reg. are these two point select randomly ??
