The wide band FM is good for high quality voices , because the frequencies about 15KHZ can be at it's spectrum. but the number of stations are limited . but at narrow band : you can not hear high quality voices from that , but the number of stations can be higher than wide band .
and narrow band is not good for citizen broad casting system. and the narrow band FM has some special applications.

It depends on your application . for example for best quality of voice , ( citizen band) the wide band is better , because , : consider , that you want to transmit the best quality music . if your modulation be Narrow band , it will cut your spectrum .
your music will have not enough quality!
But at narrow band , because your spectrum , is limited , you can create more stations .
thus , for high quality , voices ( CB ) we will use WB . but because of the wide renge of spectrum we can not create more stations.
