Hi all, I am newly subscribed to this forum but I have been using this forum to obtain some useful infos about RF circuits for a long time.

I have a problem using transient simulation in ADS. I am using VMMK-1225 PHEMT transistor of Avago technologies to implement a switch at 2 GHz. I give plus-minus 2 control voltage to the gate of my transistor to do switching operation. I successfully simulate -2 voltage ( the point in which transistor is ON ) but I am constantly having timestep is too small error for +2 voltage case ( the point in which transistor is OFF ).

I downloaded ADS model of VMMK-1225 from Avago's site, unarchived it and used the transistor model from there. As a substrate I am using FR-4. I attached the picture of my circuit below.

I also read other "times step is too small" threads on this forum but none of them helped my problem. I would be greatly appreciated if anyone could tell me a way to fix this problem. Thanks in advance.
