Hello all

I'm trying to create the artwork files in allegro.
but the drill file has a problem. it gives me the following error:

Shape at (75.00 283.00) contains void at (75.00 283.00)
which touches another shape.
You need to manually resolve this problem.

this is a GND layer and the shape is the GND rectangle, I don't understand what it wants from me
I attached a small picture showing the area the SW is pointing.

anyone know how to fix this?

thanks

hi,

i thing u have two shapes in that location please delete one.

Check for any possible text/ legend entry at that coordinate. This may be present in drill layer by mistake. I recently had a nightmare problem with a similar issue. To resolve such error, select only the Via drill, delete it and add a new one without disturbing the routed trace..

move the Shape in to some other location using 'ix' command. ( say ix 100)
then delete all voids using 'shape--> manual voids--> delete ( by draaging and selecting the entitr shape) .
Now move back the shape in to actaul position using 'ix' command ( ix -100)
