I hve read the thread regarding Full Bridge Inverter with MOSFET and IR2110 gate driver but unable to understand that how the 12 Volts (single Batter) can be raised to 120/220 Volts without step up transformer.Any one should explain it. Thanks, Ch wazir
 

It is not possible to step up voltage from 12 volts to 120/220 volts. I think you missed the output part of the design. Either it is directly connected to 12 volts /220 volts transformer or the voltage from 12 volts is raised quite high (like 400~600 volts) and then controlled to the load with with transistors. See the attached Circuit just for your reference.
