Does anyone know of any companies/individuals who provide quality IC design education courses? Mead is probably one of the most popular. Are there any other similar IC education companies?

All I know is MEAD.
The courses are quite good at a reasonable price (~2000euros for 1 week )
 

I think Cmos edu is a very good free online course, you can visit this cource at:
