hi everyone....
i have designed a vhdl program for robotic arm manipulator and it s executed in simulation.....but now i have decided to implement in hardware....i have decided to do it by using fpga kit....i want to know what type of fpga kit has to be used for this robotic arm manipulator....and and what are the other parts that are needed to implement this in hardware.....is there many types of fpga kit....if so can u tell me the types....and the fpga tat can be used for this project.....

use an Actel Proasic 3. The dev kits not too expensive , the parts are relatively cheap, need no other support components, are live at power-on and non-volatile and the development software is completely free for 98% of devices.

If you are in the UK I can help you further, otherwise you can contact your local distributor.
