Allegro & SKILL

Hi,

does someone uses the C@dence script language SKILL to customize @llegro or @PD? It's seems that they pushed the SKILL support in the new SPB152. but i need the command interpreter (CIW window in C@dence DFII) to execute SKILL instructions, so where is this tool in the winows version of @llegro???
any ideas?

greetings,
hqqh

Re: Allegro & SKILL

Hi

Just type out skill at the allegro command prompt then you can try simple skill functions at the command prompt. this is similar to autolisp in autocad. You can use any editor the wrte long skill programs.

Re: Allegro & SKILL

Hi,
@amjad:
if i type commands in the command line, the error message "E-command not found" (i use spb152). I tried standard functions like isFileName("xxx") ...
Is it possible, that i have to define some environent variables?
