Please I need help for using Cu2S semiconductor in silvaco TCAD
PLZ any one know the script needed? for my PHD project.
 

I am also looking for help in defining new material in Silvaco. Any help is greatly appreciated.
 

You can use appendix B deffining new material with material statement
